Privacy Policy

Handyman Invoice & Estimate is operated by Fluid Bloom Media LLC. This policy explains what information the app uses to create invoices, estimates, logos, subscriptions, and account access.

Information You Provide

The app stores business details, client details, invoice and estimate content, line items, notes, payment handles you enter, selected logos, and job photos you attach. This information is used to create and preview professional invoices and estimates.

Sign in with Apple and iCloud

The app uses Sign in with Apple to create an app account. Apple may provide a stable Apple user identifier and, only if you choose to share it, your name or email address. App data may sync through the user's private iCloud account when iCloud is available.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are processed by Apple and managed with RevenueCat. We do not receive your full payment card number. RevenueCat may process purchase status, product identifiers, entitlement status, app user identifiers, and limited device/app metadata needed to unlock Pro features and support restores.

AI Logo Generation

If you generate a logo, the app sends the business name, selected trade, and logo prompt details to our Cloudflare Worker. The Worker uses OpenAI image generation first and may use xAI as a fallback. API keys stay on the server and are never included in the app.

AI Job Drafts

If you choose Create Editable Draft, the app sends the job description transcript, compressed job photos you selected, business trade and location context, currency, and limited historical rate summaries to our Cloudflare Worker and OpenAI to suggest editable line items. Speech audio is processed by Apple's speech recognition and is not sent to our Worker; only the resulting text is sent after you choose to create a draft.

To provide subscriber-only monthly usage limits, the service uses a one-way hashed app user identifier to verify Pro status with RevenueCat and stores monthly text-draft and photo-draft counters. These counters reset at the start of each UTC calendar month.

Receipt text is recognized on the device. The app can send parsed vendor, total, and item summaries as context, but receipt images are not sent to the AI job-draft service. Job photos and receipts remain attached to the document you create and may sync through your private iCloud account.

How We Use Information

We use app data to provide invoice, estimate, logo, PDF preview/export, subscription, restore purchase, support, and account deletion features. We do not sell personal information.

Deletion

You can delete app account data in Settings > Account > Delete Account. You can also contact support for help.
