Common Tasks

Use Settings to update business details, payment handles, selected logo, subscription status, restore purchases, and account deletion.

Use the invoice preview to check documents before exporting or sending final PDFs. Pro is required to export or send final PDFs.

Subscription Help

Purchases, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed through Apple. You can restore purchases from the Pro screen inside the app.

AI Logo Help

If AI logo generation is unavailable, the app keeps working and provides offline logo options.

AI Job Draft Help

Use the AI Jobs tab to speak or type a job description, attach up to four job photos, and optionally scan receipts. The result appears as an editable document in the conversation and in Documents, and is never sent automatically.

Pro includes 200 text-only AI drafts and 50 photo-based AI drafts each UTC calendar month. If you reach one limit, the app will tell you when the allowance resets.
