These terms apply to Handyman Invoice & Estimate, operated by Fluid Bloom Media LLC. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Subscriptions
Handyman Invoice Pro is offered as an auto-renewing weekly subscription for $6.99/week with a 3-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Free and Pro Features
You may preview invoices and estimates for free. Sending, exporting, saving, or sharing final PDF documents may require Pro. In-app subscription purchases are processed only through Apple's in-app purchase system.
Invoices and Business Use
The app helps create invoices, estimates, and related business documents. You are responsible for verifying amounts, taxes, payment terms, client information, and legal requirements before sending documents to customers.
AI Logo Generation
AI-generated logos are optional and may vary in quality or availability. You are responsible for reviewing any generated logo before using it in business materials.
AI-Assisted Job Drafts
AI-generated estimates and invoices are editable suggestions, not final quotes or professional inspections. The service cannot determine hidden damage, exact measurements, code compliance, structural conditions, or job-site safety from a photo. You are responsible for reviewing scope, quantities, labor, materials, pricing, taxes, deposits, and terms before sharing a document.
Each active Pro subscriber may create up to 200 text-only AI drafts and 50 photo-based AI drafts per UTC calendar month. A 12-request-per-minute abuse limit also applies. Failed generation attempts are not counted against the monthly limits.
